212 DEGREES & WHAT IS YOUR SUPER POWER?

Last year we introduced the theme of 212 Degrees Fahrenheit (Boiling Point); a belief that there is mighty power in a single degree. One extra degree of heat turns water into steam and therefore generates great power.

This year we expanded this idea to encourage each child to find their own internal super powers.

"We are Awesome Arp Tigers! What is your Super Power?"

The idea is to continuously be encouraging our students to strive to set higher goals for themselves. They should never be content with being just acceptable but should strive to do better each and every time. We believe every child should have an internal hero, someone they admire and want to grow up to be like. We also believe every child has multiple strengths and our goal is to combine that internal hero with those strengths and help each child develop the foundation for success.

That is their Super Power!
