Upcoming Events

We have many exciting things happening at Arp Elementary in the month of November.

November 11th:Veterans' Day Program during Jump Start (7:50-8:25 AM). All veterans in the community are invited to attend, as we honor you for your service to our nation. Refreshments will be served beginning at 7:15 AM in the cafeteria.

Students from each grade level will be singing Patriotic songs.

On Monday, Nov. 16th, during Jump Start, we will be kicking off a new program at Arp Elementary called "Rachel's Challenge." This program encourages kindness and compassion and teaches students to use "reverse tattling"-- telling about the good things that they see others do on a daily basis. Parents are invited to attend our kickoff ceremony.

The Jr. High and High School are also participating in the program and their kickoff assemblies are on Tuesday, Nov. 17th

(H.S. @ 8:00, Jr. High @ 9:30).

A community kickoff event is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 17th @ 7:00 PM in the Clark Wayne Roberts Auditorium at the high school. All students, faculty and staff, parents and community members are invited to attend.

There will be no school from Nov. 23-27th as we take a break for the Thanksgiving holidays. Please enjoy this time with your family, and have a safe and blessed Thanksgiving.

**Guidance lessons for November will focus on Kindness and Compassion.
