Dress Code

Arp Elementary

Approved Standardized Dress Code

For 2011-2012 School Year

SHIRTS, DRESSES:

1. Any solid color Polo style (short or long sleeved)

2. Arp Elementary Polo

3. Black, gray or white long sleeve T-shirt (to be worn as under shirt)

4. Logos can be no larger than the size of a quarter

5. No denim material

PANTS:

1. Elastic waist or Belted

2. Black, Khaki or Navy

3. No denim material

SHORTS, SKORTS, SKIRTS, JUMPERS:

1. Finger tip length or longer

2. Black, Khaki or Navy

3. NO Sport Shorts except Field Day

4. No denim material

Shoes:

1. NO Sandals, Flip Flops, Crocs, or Healy’s (safety issues)

Examples of stores in the area that will be carrying these products:

Target, Wal-Mart, J C Penney’s, Macy’s, Academy, Levines, Dillards, Sears, Kohl’s

All clothing must be clean and free of holes.

Fridays: Students may wear standard dress code or an Arp Tiger shirt, a standard dress code shirt and blue jeans.

Inside the building, jackets must be approved and worn open-fronted.
