There are some groups working incredibly hard on the video projects that we are completing this week. The very best from each period will be posted on my blog. I look forward to showing off their hard work!
This is the schedule for the 3rd six weeks. As always, it is approximate, and we usually get a day behind at some point and catch up later. These will have to be signed by a parent and returned the first week of the six weeks.
This is the link to the power points that go with the entire book. You can use it to study the vocabulary or grammar for each chapter all the way until the end of the year. Enjoy! http://www.ba.k12.ok.us/schools/nihs1/Default.html
This is the vocabulary that we will be covering the first two weeks of this six weeks. If all goes according to plan, we will have a test on 10-15 over Chapter 1A. I hope this helps!
Here is the calendar for the second six weeks. Once again, we will try to stick to the schedule, but sometimes we get a little behind. However, you can have a general idea of what we are covering. I can't wait!
Please remember to study the greetings, numbers, time, classroom and body vocabulary for the quiz on Wednesday. Also, the extra Country Projects are due next Tuesday. Several students are planning on doing power points, and I look forward to enjoying their creativity!
These are all the vocabulary words that are included in the beginning section of the textbook. You can practice your pronunciation by repeating after me. We may not finish all of this vocabulary the first six weeks. Enjoy!
I'm looking forward to an exciting year in Spanish I, II, III, and IV. We'll be covering a lot of vocabulary and grammar, and exploring culture and art. I am very excited to be back in Arp after an 8-year absence. It's going to be a great year!
