UIL Concert Contest

UIL Concert & Sight Reading Contest

Wednesday, April 18th

Band Hall will open at 7:30 a.m. Rehearsal begins at 7:50. Check out uniforms by section at 9:15 a.m.

Load the buses @ 9:30 a.m. WEARING your band shoes/black socks/band trousers, with your jacket in your uniform bag, and your horn/drum in its case.

Arrive in Bullard at approximately 10:10 a.m. Get off bus wearing full uniform. Line up in the parking lot in concert formation at 10:30 a.m. Arrive in the warm up room at 10:45 a.m. Perform for UIL Contest at 11:30 a.m.

Return to the bus after sight reading, change out of uniform, put up instruments. Depart for CiCi’s Pizza at 12:30 p.m. Leave CiCi’s and depart for home at 2:45 p.m.

Return to the school from contest at approximately 3:30 p.m.
