We are winding up our school year and we have several fun things planned for our students. Friday, May 7 ,we will have our Field Day. Saturday, May 8, we are having our yearly Springhetti. It will be from 5:00-8:30 in the Elementary Cafeteria. This is a great way to support our school and to help us raise money. On Tuesday, May 11, we will be taking the students who have met their AR reading goal for the year to Times Square to the movies followed by a pic-nic lunch. We also have the Rachel's Challenge Program on May 21 to look forward too. Then we will be having our end of the year Award's Ceremony. Parent's are welcome to participate in these activities with their child. It is a great way to be involved in their lives! Thank you for all of your help and support throughout the year!

This six weeks we will begin our Native American Unit. We will learn about the different tribes of Native Americans and their customs.
